Maesstad B.V., an independent insurance broker, an independent business without property links with banks or insurers and operating independently financially as well as commercially as a result. Our firm is free of advice. This means that we donŐt have any contractual obligation to advise you to choose the financial products of certain insurance companies, banks and/or mortgage providers. Periodically we compose a selection of the financial products and services offered by banks and insurance companies.

Due to changing legislation the requirements of professionalism and expertise have been determined and tightened. Maesstad B.V. is registered with the Netherlands Authority of the Financial Markets (AFM) under number: 12007966.

Maesstad B.V. has a licence for advising and/or mediating in:

• Indemnity insurances
• Life insurances

Financial Complaints Institute

We will naturally do everything to assist you to your entire satisfaction. However, if you are dissatisfied you are welcome to share this with us. Please address your letter to the management. You can find the details below. If you send a letter you will receive a confirmation of receipt within 5 business days, in which we indicate the procedure for addressing your complaint in the shortest possible notice to your entire satisfaction.

Maesstad B.V. is also registered with the Dutch Financial Complaints Institute. If you feel that we have not satisfactorily responded to your complaint, you can turn to this independent Financial Complaints Institute.
